Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of haven.ist and any sessions, circles, memberships, or other services provided by Urownpath (“Urownpath”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By using this website or booking with us, you agree to these terms.

2. Who can use our services

You must be 18 or over to book a session, join a circle, or become a member. By booking, you confirm that you are 18 or over and that the information you have given us is accurate.

3. Our services

Haven offers energy healing sessions, mindfulness and ancestral practices, guided circles, leadership and personal growth support, and community membership. Sessions may be delivered in person or online.

Our services are complementary wellbeing practices. They are not medical, psychological, or psychiatric treatment. Please read our Disclaimer & Scope of Practice page, which forms part of these terms.

4. Booking and payment

• Bookings are confirmed once payment (or a deposit, where applicable) has been received and you have received confirmation from us.
• Prices are shown in [GBP] and include VAT where applicable.
• Payment is taken through our payment provider. We do not store your card details.
• We may adjust our prices from time to time. Changes will not affect bookings already confirmed.

5. Memberships and subscriptions

• Memberships renew automatically at the interval stated at sign-up until cancelled.
• You may pause or cancel your membership at any time by contacting us at info@urownpath.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
• We do not provide refunds for partial membership periods unless required by law.
• If we change membership pricing or benefits, we will give you at least [30] days’ notice, and you may cancel before the change takes effect.

6. Cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds

By you

• Please give at least [48] hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel a session. We will move your session or offer a full refund.
• Cancellations with less than [48] hours’ notice, or non-attendance, may be charged in full.

By us

• If we need to cancel or reschedule, we will offer you an alternative time or a full refund.

Your legal cancellation rights

If you are a consumer in the UK, you generally have 14 days from booking to cancel and receive a full refund. If you ask us to begin providing services within that period and we do so, you may be charged for what has already been provided. This right does not apply once a service has been fully performed with your agreement.

7. Your responsibilities

• Please arrive on time and in a state where you can safely take part.
• Please tell us about any relevant health conditions, medication, or circumstances that may affect your participation.
• Please do not attend under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs.
• For online sessions, you are responsible for your own internet connection, device, and a private, safe space to take part.

8. Circles and group spaces

Circles depend on trust. By taking part you agree to:

• Keep what others share confidential
• Not record, photograph, or screenshot sessions without express permission
• Speak and listen with respect, and allow others space to share
• Take responsibility for your own participation — you are never required to share more than feels comfortable

We may ask someone to leave a circle, or end their membership, if their conduct affects the safety of the group. Where we do so without refund, it will only be in serious cases.

9. Confidentiality

What you share with us is treated as confidential. We will not disclose it except where you have given permission, where we are required to do so by law, or where there is a serious risk of harm to you or another person. See our Privacy Policy for more.

10. Website content and intellectual property

All content on haven.ist — text, images, recordings, guided practices, and materials shared through membership — belongs to us or our licensors. You may use it for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, republish, sell, or distribute it without our written permission.

11. Community sign-up and communications

By joining the Haven.ist Circle you consent to receive emails, and (if you provide a number) SMS reminders about live circles. You can unsubscribe at any time.

12. Liability

• Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.
• Subject to that: Our services are provided for your general wellbeing. Outcomes vary between individuals and we cannot guarantee any particular result.
• We are not liable for any loss arising from your reliance on our services in place of medical or mental health care.
• Our total liability in connection with any service is limited to the amount you paid for that service.
• We are not liable for business losses, as our services are provided to you as a consumer.

13. Complaints

If something hasn’t gone well, please tell us at info@urownpath.com. We will acknowledge your complaint within [5] working days and aim to resolve it within [30] days.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force at the time of your booking is the one that applies to it. The current version will always be available on this page.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may bring proceedings in your own jurisdiction.
